- Closed Die Forgings: Fasteners, Step Gears, Elbow, Adaptor, etc. Weight 0.1 kg to 10 kg
- Open Forgings: Blanks, Hubs, Spindles, Flats, Step Forge, etc. Maximum Diameter 600 mm, Length 1200 mm, Weight 250 kg.

Forging is a proprietorship concern who are pioneers in designing and
manufacturing of critical types ring forgings, closed die forgings and
open forgings.
This venture was set up by a committed team of
techno savvy professionals in the year 1987. DTH button bits, hammers
and hammer spares of international standards were manufactured
initially by us, thus making a name for itself in the national market.
Our
quality was par excellent with the Indian standards, hence RR brand
products soon become a force to reckon with in the mining and
construction field.
RR forgings makes it mandatory to conduct
dump test on raw material before any forging operation to ascertain any
surface defect of raw material.
RR forging has all requisite
facilities in-house, via: quality parameters checking, cutting, hot
forging, proof machining, heat treatment, etc.
We strive to
maintain quality standard by developing quality manual, process and
methods to produce products compatible with specified requirements and
equipments suitability.
We also provide metallurgical support,
provide test facilities for ultrasonic testing, MPT, Mechanical,
Chemical Examination of steel and forged products.
